Shipping and Deliveries

Preparation times: A preparation period of 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) is established, depending on the selected style, plus the shipping time. All orders received from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. will begin preparation on the same day. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Fridays after 2:00 p.m., they will be processed the next business day.

Shipping: "GRACI" ships to all Europe and more than 20 other countries. If your country does not show when you go to place your order, write to us at graci@graci.es, and we will try to give you a solution as soon as possible. No shipments are made to postal addresses or military bases.

Shipments of purchases made at graci.es will be arranged by courier: Correos Express, Fedex, or UPS. In the case of special promotions, shipping costs can be granted for free.

Orders with destination Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and countries which do not belong to the European Union are subject to customs charges or taxes. The payment of those charges will correspond to the receiver of the merchandise or buyer. Before making your purchase and in order to obtain detailed information regarding this subject, you should make the inquiry at your customs office about the taxes which might affect your purchase.

Change of delivery address: The modification of the delivery address, data, and location, requested by the customer, will only be possible before the order leaves our platform. Modification of the delivery address, once the order has been delivered to the carrier, will not be possible unless the customer bears the costs and this is expressly agreed between the parties. These expenses will be designated by the transport company based on the change of address.

Damaged package at delivery: At the time of receipt of your parcel, if you detect any anomaly, let the carrier know so that they can notify the incident. We recommend you take pictures of the parcel at the time of reception and before opening it. If the products are damaged (which we would really regret), write to us at graci@graci.es, stating the order number and attaching all the pictures you took. We will contact you to proceed with the return and try to solve the incident as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

The items to be exchanged or returned must be in the same conditions you received them, must not have been used and should have all their labels. To arrange the exchange and/or return, you can use the same box in which you received the order. Remember to remove the shipping label with which you received the package and replace the new one in a visible place.

The deadline for requesting an exchange and/or return of one or more items in an order is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Shipping costs caused by changes and/or returns will be borne by the customer.

For the returns, the value of all the garments you return will be refunded, as long as they are in the same conditions in which they were sent. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

When one or more products are returned from an order where a promotion has been applied, it will be automatically canceled or discounted from the value of the product to be returned.

When the parcel arrives back at our warehouse and we verify that everything is in perfect condition, we will give the order to return the money back to you.

This return will be made in the same payment method in which the order was placed. Once we give the order for refunding you the money, this will be available in your account within 3 to 15 days.

If within a period of 15 days the carrier is not able to contact you to arrange a collection, both for exchanges and returns, the request will be canceled.
